The original Dr. Lübbe Air Premium mattress was developed in close collaboration with paediatrician Dr. Carsten Lübbe to ensure optimum support for the spine of newborns and children. With a 10 cm high cold foam core, the mattress offers a sensitive baby side and a stable toddler side from the age of 1. The three foam layers ensure a gentle yet stable lying position. The sensitive nap profile adapts perfectly to the baby's still soft head, while the centre support layer prevents sagging. Vertical ventilation channels guarantee an optimum sleeping climate. The stable toddler side can be used from the age of 12 months and, with its step-resistant long edges, offers extra safety for the first attempts at standing up.

Both the mattress core and the cover meet the strict criteria of OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and contain no harmful substances. This ensures a healthy and safe sleeping environment for your baby. The OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is one of the world's most recognised labels for textiles tested for harmful substances and stands for customer confidence and high product safety. All materials used are tested and certified in accordance with the strict regulations of the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Class I.

The high-quality mattress cover consists of 45% TENCEL® fibre and 55% polyester and is quilted with a soft climate fleece. Thanks to the natural TENCEL® fibre, the material is gentle on the skin and breathable at the same time. The cover offers excellent protection against moisture and dries quickly. It is a hygienic solution for allergy sufferers, as the removable mattress cover makes it easy to clean. Simply place in the washing machine and wash at 60°C to effectively remove dirt and germs.
