The NUK pads not only give you security, but are also very easy to use: Before use, unfold the nursing pads and remove the protective film from the fixing strips. Then place the side with the adhesive strips in the desired position in the bra cup and press the pad firmly into place. As they are only intended for single use, you should replace them as required.
