The fixing system is specific to the brand but with a little DIY it is possible to fix the hooks on the maxi cosy. I have not yet had the opportunity to test this on the maxi cosy but as the fixings are removable on the "cradle" it is quite possible that with 4 good screws per fixing it will hold. You can use the current adapters from the ABC Design range to attach both an ABC Design Hazel as well as a Maxi Cosi car seat to the Catania frame.
