I have exactly the same problem and have not been able to replace it yet!

As far as I can remember, no adapters were supplied. There was nothing extra included. But I can really recommend it. We bought it for travelling. It can be folded and unfolded in 5 seconds. And it's still very sturdy. We actually always have it in the car now because it's enough for our daily errands and we use it as a backup. A clear recommendation to buy.
