I am very satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. I didn't get on at all with a manual vacuum cleaner. With this device, however, it works great. However, you have to change the batteries relatively often to get good suction power. I have also looked at other devices and am satisfied with my decision. I don't know if there are any spare parts. It comes with 2 seals and 3 different attachments. I have been using the vacuum cleaner for 6 months, probably once a day because my little one always has a blocked nose. Thanks to the powerful suction (with full batteries), I only very rarely need saline solution to liquefy the nasal contents.
Unlike Michaelheer, I personally can only recommend the device and would buy it again in a heartbeat.
But it always depends on the baby. A friend of mine can't use a teat at all on her son because he resists it so much. My son, on the contrary, actually likes it.... He finds the tickling sensation of the vibrating teat funny. :-)

No, I have not found any. In this case, the purchase was completely unnecessary. We never needed it because it is far too weak. I would definitely advise against buying one.
