I've never tested it in sand, but on dirt or gravel it's OK. The wheels are quite big and I think it should be fine on sand.

I've never tested it either, but I think if the sand is dry, you get stuck. But that's probably true for all prams. You also get sand in the gearbox afterwards. Kind regards
