I have one screen and two cameras. However, when I display both cameras on the screen, the sound is switched off and I can no longer hear the children. I can't switch the sound on manually in the view. Does anyone have a solution or maybe even the same problem?

I also use one display and 2 cameras. But I leave them on alternating between the 2 cameras (so not 1 or 2 on the display, but the circular symbol) and the sound & alert work on both. And if the display is in standby and one camera detects a noise then it comes on, with sound, on the camera that heard the noise. Not sure why yours doesn’t, sorry.
