I have two cameras and two screens, I wanted to see if I could use only one screen for both cameras but it doesn't work. Is this normal?

No, actually you should be able to add up to four cameras. Do you also press the pairing button on the camera? Is each camera connected to a screen? (To make sure it's not the camera). Have you tried it with both screens?
