The product cannot be connected to the app. WLAN connection is available and I have also reinstalled the app. Does anyone have any tips?

I had the same problem. I was able to solve it as I think the device only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi by setting up our network so that 2.4GHz and 5GHz can be connected separately. I then connected the night light and my smartphone to the 2.4GHz WLAN and then it worked. Of course, I can't say whether that's the problem for you, but that's exactly what it was for us.
