Can the blades also be used with a Thule Chariot? If so, better in the front with the jogging kit (as a tricycle) or with the two small hard rubber wheels that come standard with the Thule. Merci!

Yes, that is possible. The width of the Wheelblades can be adjusted so that the wheels can be clamped. However, I have not yet been able to try it out in the snow.
