When you make a call it sounds relatively quiet, I've never bothered to find out whether you can turn it up, as the main station is next to it and there is a handset. Perhaps read the operating instructions regarding the sound setting?

Yes, you have to update the firmware, that's the problem. Then you have to change the settings. They are brilliant. After the update everything works again. Have fun the device is awesome

No idea what Yealink T46G is. I connected WH66 to my laptop with a USB cable and to my mobile via bluetooth.

Direct DECT connection is not possible with the headset.
However, it is possible to establish connections via Bluetooth and USB.
We have set up the connections mobile, softphone and teams. Works perfectly.
For a DECT headset, the Sennheiser (e.g. SDW 5064) are not bad.
