The WH66 Mono is one-sided and is suitable if you still want to be able to hear your surroundings - the Duo version shields you more. The main differences are the charging station, noise-cancelling microphone, volume control, mute function and active pairing. The WH66 is suitable for connecting to a mobile phone and second device.

The difference between the Yealink WH66 Dual UC and the Yealink WH66 Dual Teams lies mainly in the software certification and integration: - The WH66 Dual Teams is specially certified for Microsoft Teams and has a dedicated Teams button for quick control of Teams calls and functions. - The WH66 Dual UC is a universal communication variant that is compatible with various UC platforms, including Skype for Business, but is not specifically optimised for Teams. Both models offer the same hardware base with DECT wireless technology, a 4-inch touchscreen, Yealink Acoustic Shield for noise cancellation, USB 3.0 hub and Bluetooth 4.2, but the Teams version is optimised for seamless collaboration in Microsoft Teams.

When you make a call it sounds relatively quiet, I've never bothered to find out whether you can turn it up, as the main station is next to it and there is a handset. Perhaps read the operating instructions regarding the sound setting?

Yes, the Yealink WH66 offers a hands-free function. It has an integrated speakerphone function that allows you to make hands-free calls and switch between headset and room microphone/room loudspeaker.

Direct DECT connection is not possible with the headset. However, it is possible to establish connections via Bluetooth and USB. We have set up the connections mobile, softphone and teams. Works perfectly. For a DECT headset, the Sennheiser (e.g. SDW 5064) are not bad.
