Stabilo CarbOthello is a pastel crayon designed for artists, art students, and hobby creatives. It offers a wonderfully dry and dusty stroke similar to charcoal. The lead diameter is 4.4 mm, and it can be mixed and smudged dry. While partially paintable, contours remain visible. It performs brilliantly on dark backgrounds and sensitive paper. With a high pigment content, it guarantees strong luminosity, opacity, excellent lightfastness, and color brilliance. The wooden sheath helps prevent lead breakage.
