i bought the mattress brand new and had to pump it again in the evening because it lost air. it has now lost so much air overnight that it is no longer possible to sleep on it and i have to pump it up again. why does it lose so much air?

If there is still a guarantee, exchange it immediately. Mine lasted only 3 months with daily use.

What exactly are the differences between this product (Intex PremAire II Queen (152 x 203 cm), and the following two from Intex? - Intex Airbed Queen Premaire Thermalux (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s14/product/intex-luftbett-queen-premaire-thermalux-54-x-405-x-265-cm-luftbett-12900261) - Intex Airbed Queen Supreme Air-Flow (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s14/product/intex-luftbett-queen-supreme-air-flow-52-x-47-x-255-cm-luftbett-12817260) Are there any differences at all? If so, which ones?

After hours of research, I have now found out the following: The rubber mixture is different. In one bed, old pants are mixed in, in the other old socks. But in no case are the measurements in centimetres different. At no time

We are very sorry that there are problems after the second use. If you have only had the airbed for a year, it should still be under warranty and I would recommend that you send the airbed back to us so that this can be checked.
