you should direct this question directly to galaxus but I can assure you that the matress is extremely hard. for my wife it was to much so we have bought a topper which at the end was as expensive as the matress. btw. our matress was not shipped vacuum packaged although I know that it should have been..... frankly I think online is wrong way to buy a matress unless you buy a product you know from experience.

Hello, so I have firmness level 4! The mattress is super hard. But it's proven to be the best for the body. I would take firmness level 3 for women. Confirmed by girlfriend. 2 will be extremely soft and probably also more short-lived, as it caves in more quickly.
