Hello, It has a time selector or can be switched on continuously. It is supplied without power, the batteries wear out quickly. When the batteries run out, the lamp lights up red and the music slows down which is rather disturbing XD
To my great disappointment, I found that no power supply unit was included. For this price, I would have expected one. I haven't bothered with it until today, because it also works with a battery.
