Thanks to the coloured lighting, you can easily read the time even in the dark. With the LED backlighting, you can choose the colour that suits your ambience from nine variants and adjust the lighting mode to suit your requirements. In continuous operation with mains connection, the analogue dial is illuminated all around in two brightness levels. Alternatively, the lighting automatically adapts to the light conditions using a light sensor - so you save energy during the day and benefit from the decorative mood lighting of the clock in the dark.

Thanks to the radio-controlled clock, you can receive the current time to the second from an atomic clock via the DCF 77 signal, and the time changeover from winter to summer time is also automatic. Mount the clock with a nail on the wall of your choice, only a USB connection should be within reach for operation with permanent illumination. The four metre long USB cable supplied is extra thin and flexible. Instead of USB, the clock can also be illuminated using three standard AA batteries. To increase the service life of the batteries, the number of LEDs is then reduced and operation is restricted to automatic mode only. The radio-controlled movement is powered by a standard AA battery (batteries not included).
