LED safety light for emergency exit illumination with a minimum of 1 Lux according to EN 1838, suitable for ceiling heights from 2.2 to 7 m. Equipped with 2 high-power LEDs in neutral white (4,000 K) and a polycarbonate (PC) lens. Optimal thermal management is achieved through a cooling plate. The ceiling-mounted light allows for screw mounting of the device carrier as well as the IP65 cover. The housing is made of powder-coated aluminum die-cast in white (similar to RAL 9016). The cover is made of fiberglass-reinforced PC with a transparent light outlet.

The light features a single battery supply for 3 hours of emergency operation in continuous or standby mode. It is equipped with an integrated basicDim Wireless (Casambi) radio module that enables wireless communication with a central monitoring system. An NFC interface is used for addressing, configuration, and maintenance via the PROset Pen or the PROset App. Alternatively, addressing can also be done optically or via EZ-addressing.

Continuous operation is possible at temperatures from +5 °C to +30 °C, and standby operation from +5 °C to +35 °C. The power supply is 220-240 V AC (+/- 10 %), 50-60 Hz. The light output is 5.7 W (with battery quick charge in continuous operation), and the typical power consumption (without battery charging) is 3.2 W in continuous operation and 1.1 W in standby mode. Standby and continuous operation can be adjusted via jumpers and the NFC interface.

The light has an IP65 protection rating, is halogen-free and silicone-free wired, impact-resistant, and features terminal blocks for through-wiring up to 2.5 mm². The impact resistance is IK04. The dimensions are 200 x 145 x 64 mm, and the weight is 0.99 kg. The light has a D-mark for use in environments where the accumulation of conductive dust on the light is expected.

A robust, integrated battery with a 3-year warranty is included. The battery warranty is void if the installation occurs more than three months after delivery.
