Hello, I bought ten of these frames and had them made with matching mounts (1.4mm thick). Now I can't close the frames with the mounts. Is there a trick or is it really the case that this frame is unusable for passepartout? In this case, I would specify the maximum thickness of the picture for the frame. It's a pity if you have extra mounts made and in the end it doesn't work with the frame.
