I bought the single frame 70*100. OK as far as it goes. But how can I hang the frame? Do you have a device to order for this? There was nothing with the picture frame. Otherwise the picture frame will be useless.

Unfortunately, no 50x70 Ravensburger puzzle fits in this frame (plastic glass cannot be mounted because of the thickness plus the frame is too narrow and the pizzle curves without glass). Do you know of an inexpensive frame that will fit such a puzzle?

Hello, I bought ten of these frames and had them made with matching mounts (1.4mm thick). Now I can't close the frames with the mounts. Is there a trick or is it really the case that this frame is unusable for passepartout? In this case, I would specify the maximum thickness of the picture for the frame. It's a pity if you have extra mounts made and in the end it doesn't work with the frame.
