I have an A3 picture and would like to know if the 30 x 40 cm picture frame would be a suitable size for it?
Yes, that is possible. The length of the original A3 paper is a little too long (2-3mm at the top and bottom). But you can spread it evenly at the top and bottom without cutting it and then clip the top and bottom frame pieces over it.
