Hello I have bought 2 pcs from galaxus Both lit up when charging then turned off Normally man is supposed to charge it for 6 hours until full then works First time it does not work at all even with cable ( both ) Have tried several times it does not work When start it runs 4 seconds then flashes then turn off So it does not charge 😡😡😡 I have also done this Unplug Lucy Empty the water tank of Lucy and rinse it out with warm water Plug Lucy back in First press and hold the LED button and then press the ON/OFF button. Press and hold both buttons for about 2-3 seconds. Also do not 😔😔😔. The LED should then flash 2 times Fill Lucy up with water again and start
