In our case, the charging station suddenly stopped charging. The problem is not with the Barbapapa itself, but with the charging station, as you can see that the Barbapapa makes contact with other charging stations (e.g. wireless charging station for mobile phones). Since it only flashes when charging, we don't take the risk of trying to charge it that way. But at least it shows that the problem is not with the Barbapapa's contact but with the charging station. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it possibly known?
Yes, in the end it was the cable and not the station. We then tried a charging cable from a Netgear switch (same connection, same volt/ampere specifications) and it charged. The cable was then replaced under warranty.
