I don't know, but there is an adapter for the ISOFIX system, which is also used for child seats.

My dog is a Maltese Poodle mix and weighs just under 5 kg. I rather think that the body size is decisive. My dog has a shoulder height of 24 cm. Wouldn't go beyond 30 cm. The box is definitely the best I know on the market and absolutely recommendable.
