For the Neakasa M1 litter tray, users report that conventional bin liners with a capacity of 50-60 litres fit much better than 35-litre bags, which are too small. There are currently no officially listed alternative bags, but commercially available bin liners of this size work well according to the experience of some users.
There are many translation errors in the app but fuck it the dingt is the absolute bringer I have 3 of them running in parallel and with 2 cats I only have to empty all 3 once a week which takes a maximum of 2 minutes
I have had the automatic litter tray for 2.5-3 months. I don't have the problem.
We have 2 cats & 2 litter trays. We change the litter bag every 1.5 weeks so that it doesn't get too full & we then have problems with tying it up or that the faeces & urine are in it for too long.
Maybe the waste bag was once too full & therefore lumps of faeces or urine are stuck on the flap?
We wash the drum every month so we've never had any problems with it stinking.
The Neakasa M1 litter tray is equipped with advanced weight sensors that automatically recognise the weight of the cats. However, the weight of the cats is not measured and monitored in grams, but in kilograms. There is a special mode for kittens weighing up to 2.2 kg or for pregnant cats, but the setting is not in grams but in kilograms.
Yes, the Neakasa M1 litter box can operate without the application. The power supply is sufficient to start and manage the automatic cleaning cycle. The litter box is designed to operate autonomously, and the app only serves to remotely monitor and control functions, such as litter level and cat hygiene habits, but is not necessary for the basic operation of the litter box.
Neakasa's M1 Litterbox works well with normal litter, such as stone or clay-based litter, but is not compatible with tofu litter. This is specified in the product description, which states that tofu litter is not supported.
Hello everyone
I read about an incident with this Neakasa toilet in a Neakasa group on Facebook. I don't quite understand everything, or almost can't imagine it...but somehow a magnet came loose (...where!?!?), the drum didn't stop and the kitten was killed...it is said to have happened in the Asian area...Neakasa is trying to contact the person to clarify exactly what happened. This incident is neither proven nor disproven.... apparently there was a recent software update to slow down the speed (if I understood correctly).... long story short...
So far I've been super happy with the toilet since last autumn....but this (hopefully only) rumour gives me food for thought....anyone know more? Ev Galaxus itself as the distributor of Neakasa?
Thanks for the support!!!!
There are no specific instructions for setting the time for the Neakasa M1 litter tray. The user manuals and instructions focus mainly on the installation, operation and maintenance of the litter tray, but there is no mention of a clock setting.
If you want to use other settings or functions of the Neakasa app that may be related to time management, you should check the instructions in the app itself or the app's system settings. However, there is no indication that the time can be set directly on the litter tray.
Hello,
We recommend a cat litter that clumps well, preferably made of bentonite, as stated in the instructions. The instructions also state the following: Avoid using cat litter pellets (grain diameter over 3 mm, length over 10 mm) as this can lead to unnecessary waste of cat litter. I am not familiar with the Monge easy green, but it looks like this can lead to exactly these problems, that it does not fit into the collection container and is therefore unnecessarily disposed of.
We use the EverClean cat litter, for example, which works great with the toilet.
I hope I have been able to help.

For the Neakasa M1 litter tray, there is no specific mention of a carbon filter in the available sources. However, if your model includes a carbon filter, here is some general information:
- Generally, charcoal filters in litter trays need to be changed periodically to maintain their effectiveness.
- You can通常 purchase these filters from the manufacturer's official website, online shops that sell the product, or pet specialty shops.
If you need specific confirmation for the Neakasa M1, it is recommended that you consult the instruction manual or contact Neakasa customer service directly.
