Hello everyone I read about an incident with this Neakasa toilet in a Neakasa group on Facebook. I don't quite understand everything, or almost can't imagine it...but somehow a magnet came loose (...where!?!?), the drum didn't stop and the kitten was killed...it is said to have happened in the Asian area...Neakasa is trying to contact the person to clarify exactly what happened. This incident is neither proven nor disproven.... apparently there was a recent software update to slow down the speed (if I understood correctly).... long story short... So far I've been super happy with the toilet since last autumn....but this (hopefully only) rumour gives me food for thought....anyone know more? Ev Galaxus itself as the distributor of Neakasa? Thanks for the support!!!!

Suddenly today the litter box keeps signalling to me that the container is full and I have to replace the bag but in fact the bag is new

I have been using the litter tray for four months. Until two days ago when I removed the dirt tray an alarm would sound and the red light would come on. I would also get a notification on my mobile phone. Now it doesn't do that any more. I tried looking underneath to see if I could find the sensor but I couldn't figure out anything so I don't know what to do. Can anyone give me advice?

Hello Community ...., I think the principle is great, my cats also use the toilet...BUT the odour is not contained, especially the container smells terrible, so the container itself still smells of cat excrement when empty and washed out.... have always used the matching bags...how can this be, or does anyone know what to do?
