Hi Galaxus, Is there anything else I can do about my complaints? I've been waiting for an answer to my emails for over a month. Even your offer of 10 euros to make amends doesn't help: service is simply non-existent and the scales are still being offered incorrectly. When it comes to service, take a leaf from the Swiss original, whose good name you are ruining in this way. Can you do that? With best regards hb
