I have a problem with the ID not being recognised! When I want to connect the scale with the Gamin Connect app, the device is recognised but then it blocks and asks me to enter the ID! Do you know how to enter this ID? Thanks

Hello,
I returned this model of scale after a few days of use to Digitec, because I could not get it to work properly! Although Garmin has some great products, this scale is not one of them. I'm sorry I can't help you more.
