The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite details, giving it a higher hardness. It is harder than Teflon while retaining its advantages: it is non-stick and distributes heat well. It combines the benefits of cast iron and Teflon cookware.

Thanks to the granite coating, the cookware is extremely scratch-resistant and durable.
