The oven-safe handle pan can be cleaned in the dishwasher, although hand washing is recommended for a longer lifespan. The Thermolon™ non-stick layer ensures that these pans have excellent non-stick properties. This patented ceramic non-stick coating is made from a sand-based material. The coating conducts heat quickly, providing a perfect crust on your meat or fish. It is also ideal for braising vegetables or for complete dishes.
Usage and cleaning tips: Ceramic cookware distributes heat more efficiently. Preheating is not necessary. Always use low to medium heat. Add fat (butter/oil) to the pan before turning it on.
