Suitable for medium power hotplates. The blued steel plate provides temporary protection against oxidation due to heat treatment. The uniform heat distribution allows for the Maillard reaction. It is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction (moderate power). Tip: Preheat with a little fat. Do not use detergents. Hand wash is recommended.
