The uncoated frying pan from the Milady series by de Buyer is ideal for frying, browning and flambéing.
The built-in, 7 mm thick sandwich base enables particularly even heat distribution along the base. The slightly curved rim makes pouring easier and prevents unnecessary spillages.

The French curvature of the riveted handle keeps your hand away from the heat source. The modern handle also provides a stable and balanced grip. Along the ergonomically shaped handle you will also find elegant branding and grooves for your fingers & thumb.
Please note that the handle becomes hot when exposed to direct heat for long periods of time, so you will need a kitchen towel or protective glove.
Occasional external polishing with polishing paste will restore its original lustre.
