The Atlantis series is the flagship of Demeyere. The unique, patented lnductoSeal® bottom consists of 7 different alloys. A copper layer, hermetically sealed into the base, ensures optimal heat distribution throughout the base and creates a heat-conducting surface that is up to 33% larger than a conventional base. This welded capsule protects in case of severe overheating (even up to 600 °C) and is particularly hygienic as dirt, grease or water cannot penetrate to the bottom.
