The practical Fiskars Functional Form frying pan is ideal for everyday cooking, especially for frying eggs, vegetables and fish for the whole family. The 28 cm pan body is made of durable, 90% recycled stainless steel and can be used on all types of hob, including induction. The pan is equipped with a plastic-free, non-stick Ceratec ceramic coating, which is easy to clean and dishwasher-safe. The frying pans from Functional Form have a 3-layer base for optimum heating and even browning as well as a handle that stays cool and is therefore comfortable to grip. The pan has a maximum frying temperature of 270 ºC and is ovenproof up to 150 ºC for recipes that require the pan to be placed in the oven, allowing for a seamless cooking process.
