Grad No. 1 is designed to keep your wine at the ideal serving temperature when taken out of your wine cellar or refrigerator. When you open a bottle at room temperature, Grad No. 1 cools it similarly to a standard refrigerator, taking about 30 minutes for a bottle of red wine and 55 minutes for a bottle of white wine to reach the perfect serving temperature. The battery offers a capacity of 15 hours at 15 degrees, 5 hours at 9 degrees, and 2.5 hours at a cooling temperature set to 5 degrees (temperature adjustable from 5 to 20 degrees).
