Product details

Grill pan from Hendi with a ribbed cooking surface. Titanium Professional non-stick coating. High durability and easy cleaning. Professional frying pans made from hard aluminum cast, suitable for all types of stoves except induction and for use in ovens. Aluminum casting is characterized by quick heat absorption, allowing the pans to be ready for use in no time. The 18/10 stainless steel handle does not absorb heat. The Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating is temperature resistant up to 250ºC. A layer of titanium is incorporated between the aluminum and the coating. This double-layer process increases durability and provides additional protection against scratches. Easy to clean.
