Aluminum cast is characterized by rapid heat absorption, making the pans ready for use in no time. The 18/10 stainless steel handle does not absorb heat. The Teflon™ Platinum Plus non-stick coating is temperature resistant up to 260°C. With its triple coating, the pans are highly wear-resistant and thus very well suited for intensive use. Easy to clean.
Suitable for gas stoves, induction stoves, electric stoves, ceramic stoves, and dishwashers.
Not suitable for microwaves.
