28 cm Ø, 2.3 L aluminum cast frying pan with non-stick coating.
This sauté or frying pan features high edges for gentle and low-fat frying and steaming. An additional handle makes it easy to handle. The pan is durable, robust, and suitable for various uses.
Aluminum cast offers excellent heat conductivity, meaning food is heated evenly and quickly. Thanks to the high-quality ceramic-reinforced non-stick coating technology "Made in Germany," the use of oil and other fats can be minimized to an absolute minimum. The pan is very lightweight, making it practical to use. Additionally, it is easy to clean and quickly becomes spotless.
The ergonomically shaped handle is made of Bakelite, ensuring safe handling.
Kerros is suitable for gas, glass-ceramic cooktops, electric stoves, induction cookers, and is heat-resistant up to 180 °C.
