The 40 cm oval roaster can even accommodate a whole goose, which is why it is also referred to as a "goose roaster." The surface area for the roaster measures approximately 26.5 x 20 cm. Energy-efficient cooking is enabled by excellent heat retention. The extremely high-quality and durable enamel is particularly easy to clean. Large handles ensure easy and safe transport. The heat-resistant, ergonomically shaped stainless steel knob provides additional comfort. Products with black phenolic lid knobs are designed for oven temperatures of 200 °C (or 390 °F) or setting 6 in gas ovens. Products with cast iron handles or stainless steel lid knobs can be used in the oven at any temperature.
