The Moccamaster automatic coffee maker's filtering process is automated as much as possible and optimized specifically for brewing a full carafe. Just add water and coffee grounds, press the button, and let the coffee maker take care of the rest. The automatic drip stop halts coffee dripping from the filter cone when you lift the glass carafe from the coffee maker. The aroma lid stirs the brewing coffee while it brews, ensuring a perfect result. The automatic shut-off feature provides safety by turning off the power after 40 minutes. The Moccamaster automatic has two separate heating elements. One element brews coffee at the optimal 92-96 degrees Celsius filtering temperature. The other maintains the coffee at an optimal 80-85 degrees Celsius until it is served.

The coffee maker has the European Brewing Centre (ECBC) quality certification. All Moccamaster machines are handcrafted in the Netherlands. Each coffee maker is tested before leaving the factory and comes with a five-year warranty.
