If you add too little oil, the deep fryer has a safety mechanism. Now that it has cooled down, it still won't run. Does anyone know the problem? Has a fuse blown completely and needs to be replaced? There is very little information about the appliance on the Internet Can this be done without sending it in? It would be absolutely cheeky if it is already broken after overheating once, or if the safety mechanism is so badly designed that the appliance is defective afterwards :(

The specifications of this fryer list "Removable container : YES". I assumed that this meant the frying container. Unfortunately, I can't get the container out. Is the information in the specifications correct and if so, are there instructions somewhere on how to remove the container?

Hello, I ordered two deep fryers in a short time for myself and my father-in-law. With both of them, you can take out the whole housing to wash it. The whole oil container. Underneath you can then see the heating coils.....Only I have to note that it may still not work with certain series...Why ? I, for example, have a Schuko plug that is common in Germany, but my father-in-law's deep fryer has a Swiss plug...both bought here at Galaxus! Why this is the case is beyond me....I hope I could help...
