I'm trying to update the firmware from an iPad but it's been impossible since I received the product. I've tried about ten times without success. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Grüezi to all:) Is there a defect in my Eve Thermo or is it normal to hear the "motor" of the thermostat really clearly as soon as it adjusts the valve needle or the temperature? It seems a bit too loud to me and therefore unpleasant, especially in the bedroom. The noise is somehow comparable to that of a drilling machine. How is it with you? Greetings
