When I repeatedly tried to set up the Kärcher Home-Robots app for my newly purchased Kärcher RCV 3, I always failed at the last step of the network configuration: the robot was supposedly successfully connected to the network (I tried it with 2 different WLANs), but then I was asked to reconfigure it.
