How long is the spiral? Only 1m, as another user writes in the reviews, can hardly be. Otherwise the part would be unusable.

Hello, Is there a manual for this product? I have received the product and when I turn the crank, it turns in a vacuum. Should I use pliers or a screwdriver to remove the spiral? Thank you for your help.

Loosen the brass screw and pull it out by hand, insert it into the pipe and then turn it

I still have two right angles in a drain pipe after the siphon within a short distance at a sink. Is the spiral flexible enough to cope with this?

The spiral is 1 metre long. but it looks different from the picture in the shop. probably a different make or model. Sunny greetings
