How are we supposed to continue using the product when even the Swiss distributor can't supply us with replacement parts? This is unacceptable given the price of these machines and the size of Galaxus. It would be the least we could do to find suppliers of parts (especially rollers and filters, but also wipers and tanks) and above all to link the products directly to the product page. the product page with the corresponding products, because the reference to filters and rollers on your site is catastrophic and illegible (no clear indication of compatible appliances, etc., or only at the end of the description, which you have to open to see).

Does anyone have experience with the MOVA X4 Pro and the MOVA X4 Pro Cordless? Galaxus has both in stock - the cordless version for CHF 382, the "normal" X4 Pro for CHF 509. Are they technically the same devices (battery, functions, performance) and the difference is only the name/article, or are there relevant differences that justify the price difference? Which cleaning agent can I use when the bottle supplied is empty? Unfortunately, I can't find any refill products from Mova in the shop. Can I simply use the Dreame cleaner instead? And is this also suitable for use with 80° C hot water? I have also considered BiOHY as a possible alternative - these are supposed to be suitable for robot hoovers and, according to the manufacturer, do not damage components or clog nozzles. I am used to using different cleaners for different floor types: - one for stoneware, - one for parquet - and a universal cleaner for everything else. However, you probably have to make certain compromises with this type of appliance, as there are usually only universal cleaners available. In such cases, the only option is sometimes to use a classic mop, right?

Unfortunately I can't find a manufacturer in Switzerland...I have asked DREAME...does it make any sense makes sense to order a device where there are no spare parts in Switzerland?
