Definitely! Not like with an ordinary ice cream machine ;) We have been making ice cream ourselves (i.e. mixing frozen food) since we got the OmniBlend. By the way, you can find recipes here: https://omniblend.de/content/category/25-eis-und-desserts

BPA free according to the manufacturer, but not dishwasher safe. However, cleaning is easy: put in a little water and detergent, set to max for a few seconds and rinse - done.

The container could be ordered from the supplier if desired. The delivery time would be about ten days. The price of the container would be around CHF 70. If you are interested, please contact our customer service.
All three have the 2L container, check out the specs ;) it's just different colours
You need a power adapter. This is usually supplied with the unit. You can ask for it in a branch or via customer service :) Ps: The blender is great! :)
