In my case, the connection to the water tank was leaking, but it was more in the rear area. I got a replacement, but it wasn't satisfactory either. The pump stopped working quite quickly. It was replaced again and has now been running for about a year. As the first machine was delivered incorrectly, I am now on my fourth machine. Good luck
Based on my research, this model with the manufacturer number RE501A1C11 falls within this price range.
Mine was original, certainly unopened. However, I had previously received the wrong model and then a defective machine, which I naturally opened 🤷♂️
If you have a service issue, you can simply report it to us and we will forward the machine to the appropriate service centre.😊
The Rocket Appartemento is fitted with a Schuko plug as standard and will be fitted with a corresponding Swiss plug before shipment.
Includes 2 portafilters (1 double and 1 single), temper and a couple more accessories

water tank isn't especially big for professional use, but i'm a beginner. i just bought it because the ratings are good and because it's cheap. bought it a week ago for my morning-coffee and nothing to complain yet.
I would estimate around 1099.
