According to our clarifications, this unit is intended directly for the Swiss market. The other two colours are supplied with a Schuko plug and fixed adapter, as they were designed for the EU market. There are no other differences.
You find a chat function on the sage Switzerland site. They can advise https://support.sageappliances.com/s/?language=de_CH®ion=ch&brand=sage
I don't know, I think it's a dark brown where the black is mostly black, it looks good. I have both a Touch and an Oracle. The Oracle is much better, the Touch stopped working within a few days of receiving it, they fixed it but it took a month. It's too complicated for its own good.
Hi, As far as I can tell, there are only three Oracle Touch models in the website (and one Oracle, which is a different type). They are priced differently because they are finished differently: one in steel, one in black and one in black and steel. Hope this helps/clarifies.
1430 in shop... too bad Galaxus, missed an opportunity...
Agree with Thomas.
The machine was only in use for a few days. I use a capsule machine.
According to the manufacturer, both models are technically identical. They differ in terms of colour and suppliers. This is currently available: Sage Espresso Machine Oracle Touch matt
The Truffle Black is definitely nice and black. But I can't tell you whether the stainless steel grey from Digitec is just its own colour designation. The machine is terrific, by the way.
Hi - I have found a video attached; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKbyVKEVdkQ Hope it suits you. The machine makes a great impression. :) LG
The more expensive one is brushed stainless steel grey. The cheaper one is painted stainless steel black. Otherwise the same - great appliance.
From 22 November, we will open the first offers. Black Friday is on 26 November. There will be over 350 offers. Which ones? Unfortunately, we don't know either :) LG
Yes! Not too big, quite stable. I'm satisfied :) Is the same one you can buy separately from Sage.
Call Sage customer service, they are very nice. And they also deliver spare parts to Switzerland.
The machine is intended for compressed ground coffee. Tabs are not provided.
The warranty claim can be entered online in the customer account. You will then be informed of the correct service centre and the further procedure. Warranty cases can normally take 2-4 weeks. :-)

Hello, Here is a picture of the scope of delivery: https://www.barista-passione.de/wp-content/uploads/sage-oracle-touch-zubehör.jpg In case this cannot be displayed: It is from the parista-passione.de article about the machine. The knock box is black on the black machine and silver on the silver one. Have fun!
