I bought the Laurastar Pluboard to go with it. It is nice and big and has a large, extendable shelf on the side for the ironing station. It also has castors and is therefore very handy.

You don't need Durgol for this appliance. At most, it will damage the boiler. The limescale collects in an anode on the side of the machine. You can unscrew it and simply rinse it off. The time is indicated by an LED. The tank is rinsed out with normal water about every 3 months.

The temperature selector switch on the iron is probably set too low. We had the same problem at the beginning.

Tefal irons have a very special soleplate. Therefore, with the right temperature selection, there is no need for a Textile Protector attachment.

With the bring-in guarantee, the customer is responsible for bringing the unit to the service centre or sending it in. The costs for this are borne by the customer.
