According to our research, the biggest difference is that the "Expertise" version can also be used on an induction hob, while the "Elegance" can only be used on all other hob types. The diameters of the pans are slightly smaller for the "Elegance" at 22 and 26 cm than for the "Expertise" at 24 and 28 cm.

The dimensions are measured on the inside of the stoves at the widest part.
