What temperature does a glass ceramic cooker reach on full power? Would the pan survive this? In practice, of course, it is almost never on the highest setting, but the pan should not break if you set it too high.

Helpful answer

No problem at all. We always use the highest setting on our ceramic cooker. The pan has a red circle printed on it that shows whether it is hot enough. It is recommended not to heat the pan too long without some butter or oil.
